Named after Abd El Kader, the celebrated Algerian politician, military leader, writer, poet and philosopher, this exquisite Trudon candle draws inspiration from a man renowned for his intelligence, culture and honour. Born in 1808 near Mascara in Algeria, Abd El Kader founded the Algerian state and became known as 'the friend of the French'. Respected even by his opponents, he was admired as an enlightened and cultivated figure whose legacy continues to inspire.

Secure your candle on a stable heat-proof surface. Do not leave unattended when lit. Keep out of way of children, pets, curtains and any other flammables. Extinguish the candle on a fully pooled even level of wax. Do not touch the glass until the wax has fully set again. The first use of your candle should occur within the two first months after its purchase.
